Dang Obama

I didn't get to see any more than you guys did - I had it set on the DVR and it cut off promptly at the end of the scheduled 2 hours. Sigh. So I didn't see any ending and I also missed most of Master Chef on Fox at the same time. Annoying as heck.

My thoughts:

• Ryan is a dork. I think he said 'it will happen' about 5 times in a row, with his sad puppy dog face. I really wanted to like him when he came back but he just bugs me a lot. So now go home, Ryan. Again.
• I wasn't surprised when Constantine left - I mean, I didn't predict it but it wasn't a surprise. He led up to it pretty clearly, I thought.
• Ben's shirt was awful. (you know, the white see through job)
• Per-fact!!!
• When Ashley walked away from Ryan, her shorts were totally trying to crawl up into her body. Not too attractive.
• I think she and JP are a done deal - -and I'm happy for them because they both seem 100% in love with each other.

So let's just get to the end of it all!! Can't wait for Bachelor Pad - nasty, but at least there's some action!!

What Is Going On?????

Oh boy, start the episode off with a bang! Wonder if Ryan paid for his own flight over to Fiji?? Break the poor guy's heart twice! That was sad watching him on the beach wanting another chance as her helicopter flew overhead with Constantine.

"That's a nice boat" Dude, that's a freaking amazing boat!!

The snorkelling was "really nice" too!

He seems "really nice" but really boring to me!!

It's effortless!! I guess I don't get it.....

He seemed more excited to be on the helicopter and jumping off a waterfall than to be with her.

So I guess that's why he pulled himself out of the competition - he WAS more excited to go for a helicopter ride!! That was unexpected!

Ryan

Oh....couldn't you just feel the .....but..... coming when she blew him off the second time?? Poor guy. She led him on too much.

Un.Eventful

Im so unimpressed with this season its ridiculous. I cannot stand Ashley- she is the worst. Never before have I felt that the bachelor series are overly fake or edited- but this one I can't even take seriously. Like really- Ben and Constatine are in the final 3- give me a break is this girl for real. I don't even think Constastine (I have no idea how to spell his name) likes Ashley at all. Neither him or Ben have much chemistry with her its really just painful to watch.
- I still love JP but from the previews it seems like he blows it? What do you guys think- I just can't figure it out. Also there is so much about JP in the tabloids already that I feel like if he was the winner it would be more hush hush you know. I don't know, part of me thinks he will be there at the end but part of me doesn't. I just dont even know anymore. Maybe I feel confused because its almost tooo obvious.... anyways enough with that. 
-My biggest question is who the heck comes back on the show!!! Can you even do that. I feel like Ashley is making the show so boring they are just throwing in whatever twist they can  keep people watching. Its working though- Im anxious to see who comes back and why! My guess is Ames comes back to romance her for one last shot. What do you guys think?
- Speaking of Ames... He was my second favorite. He really grew on me. He is such a gentleman- he isnt super handsome (his eyes are weird) but he is just cute in his own way. plus he is super interesting. I was sad to see him go. I don't think he really knew what to do with himself when he had to leave- I agree with both of you when you said he looked like he was on something. Poor guy.
- Thats all I have to say about that episode. Im sorry it was long and probably incoherent but i just had to get it off my chest. (Pathetic I know) I just have one more thing to bring up... Jake and Vienna BOTH on bachelor pad... CANNOT wait. Im expecting some serious drama- but hopefully not too much so it doesn't get toooo irritating.

• Mostly: Ames little hopeful face was kind of sad although I knew he was on his way out
• The twins (Ben & Constantine) both need to go
• JP is the man
• Ashley's bum looks pretty big in those jeans and I know it can't possibly be (what does she weigh? 90 lb.?) But that just makes my point (to myself, anyhow) that big pockets or lettering on the back of jeans does not flatter

I think that's it. I'm looking forward to Bachelor Pad!!

Most boring season ever. (and I will always watch -- just because!)

Hang on....we're getting to the end!

I'm pretty much ready for this to be done!! I felt for poor old Ames - he looked so sad to be cut! But there were also moments when Jacquie & I wondered what the heck he was smiling about - he had such a weird blank look on his face with that goofy smile a lot of the time - I wondered if he was on something!! Interesting guy - I'm sure he'll find someone better suited to him than our PERFACT woman!!

I have to admit I'm pretty tired of Constantine & Ben too - just not their fans! They seem really BORING to me and I feel like she's keeping them around for their hair!! JP seems the most smitten - I'm putting my money on him to take it all.

I'll be glad to have this over with - but I'll definitely watch to the end!

I'm losing interest....!

Well.....(dot, dot, dot!)

I think it will be good to have this season done - Jan got it right- pretty boring!!

Constantine is just not interesting - he and Ben look so much alike - and he just doesn't have much to say that holds my attention! Dumb comment - he wanted to build a relationship on longevity - well then don't go on a reality show to do it! Ashley made some dumb comment about the "adorable" village they were in - yuk!

She squealed WAY too much on the scooter date with Ben - and he kept calling it a moped! He made some comment about protecting her and that he felt like a man - well dumbhead, YOU ARE!! Didn't think it was a great idea to stay out all night and get the other guys mad at you.

The group date was another really stupid idea - wedding photos??? Wasn't a fan of Ames' red pants (come on dude!) JP certainly was whiney for most of the show, but I guess the whining helped - he got the rose!

An poor Ryan - not his fan either, but he seemed totally blindsided and crushed that he got the boot. Probably one of the longest departures - lots of pacing and trying not to cry!

Lucas seemed surprised he was booted off too - he had a classier departure than some...interesting how his Texas accent came out quite strongly at the end - and he said sweetheart to her 100 times too as he was leaving!

Did you notice when Chris Harrison was talking to the men before the rose ceremony that Ashley was skulking around in the background on a bridge? Thought that was really weird editing!!

Hope the hometown and overnight dates are more interesting than this episode! Pretty much done with her!!!

B-O-R-I-N-G

That's a nice positive start, isn't it? But I think this past episode was precisely that -- boring.

Here's what I thought:

• Only had to hear per-FACT once, I think! Yay for that
• I don't like Ryan and I was not sad that he left - -but I have to admit that I felt for him. He seemed genuinely sad and hurt and that made me sad for him.
• I think Ames is very strange and I was surprised that he's still around. Reality Steve seems to be saying that he won't be around much longer. It will be interesting to see his family. I suspect they are interesting.
• JP was pretty dang moody and cranky, wasn't he? I like him though and I think he's the one for her -- but he was a little testy this week. (maybe rightfully so?! I don't know.)
• I felt bad for Lucas when he was sent home although I really never did see anything between them.
• She seems to like Constantine and Ben a lot -- and to me they are pretty much interchangeable. They look like twins to me. (I guess maybe I need to study them more carefully!) They both seem like OK guys but I don't see her with either of them either.

This is a boring post -- which suits this episode perFACTLY.

"The Bentley Situation"

Well, the "Bentley Situation" turned out to be pretty much a non-event! Really sick of hearing his name and hope she's done with him. I also wish I had counted how many times she said the "Bentley Situation" - I was ready to scream by the end of the show. MOVE ON!!

1. Bentley is a tool!! Gag. Did anyone else hear him say,"I IMPLORE you to see what you have here"?? Yuk - like HE should be giving advice!
2. Dot, dot, dot - change it to a period?? Just kill me now!
3. Bentley smirks and is a total player - NOT attractive!
4. Lucas was pretty boring on his one-on-one. He kept saying OMG, OMG when they were watching the street dragon!! Dude, it wasn't that great!
5. Manlihood - is that even a word?? (Don't think so Ash!)
6. Maybe the dragon boat races were fun for them all, but it wasn't all that entertaining to watch. You're right, Jan, Ashley's drumming was pretty lame! Wasn't a fan of the red kimonos either!
7. Again, we have to hear how she got closure on the "Bentley Situation"! Arrrrgggggghhhhhhh!
8. Ames definitely woke up in the elevator, didn't he??! He certainly took her by surprise....but seemed to be asleep again when she told all the guys about the "Bentley Situation".
9. Ryan is a cheese ball who needs to go home!
10. JP is the sweetheart of the group - much too nice for her - but he seems very smitten and was pretty understanding about (here we go again!) the "Bentley Situation".
11. The cocktail party was interesting - loved the dead silence when she talked about the "Bentley Situation" to all the guys. Was glad some of them spoke up about how they felt and that it wasn't okay with some of them.

All-in-all, not one of the better Bachelorette seasons - mainly because of its star! Only one more month of listening to her cry!

Really?? Really??????

Just finished watching last night's episode and seriously, I am beginning to hate this season 'cause it's too dumb and boring. This is what I saw:

• Bentley - is such a jerk. So glad he's gone and I never have to hear 'dot dot dot' again. Ack. He's awful.
• Lucas is a nice guy but kind of boring -- I thought it was interesting that he thought he had to ask her if he could kiss her. Maybe that's nice and I just don't remember but it struck me as a bit weird.
• Ben and his headband -- gross. No wonder they had trouble getting people to be on their dragon boat team. Those kimonos were truly totally dumb.
• Ryan - I just want him to shut up. Really. ALL the time. And when he shook his fist (I forget why or when but he did it) it really annoyed me.
• I think Ashley is seriously bow-legged and her skinny jeans don't work for her. She's got a cute little figure and very few people look good in those jeans -- if she wasn't so bow-legged she'd look great.
• I got bugged when she sat on the head dragon boat randomly beating her drum - -clearly had no idea what that was all about.
• Poor Ames still looks like he has a concussion - although I have to admit that when he talks, he is very clear and on top of things. Just when you see him standing/sitting there, he looks retarded. Especially during Ashley's big confession about Bentley.
• And when he started the make-out session in the elevator, that was weird too.
• Lots of kissing this time around - -I need to make sure you all know I am not anti-kissing, but it seems weird for her to do big make-outs with every guy -- isn't that weird?
• I am pretty sure I"m on JP's team. He's the best.
• Ashley's accent is driving me NUTS -- stap (step), chast (chest), lass (less), effact (effect), rejact (reject) -- and many many more. Highly irritating.
• And her transparent white shirt with the black bra didn't seem like a fashion statement to me - -just kind of sleazy looking.
• Blake pretty much dug his own grave there with his rant on the Bentley thing. Maybe he had too much to drink -- not sure.
• And Mickey - -very strong words and she threw them right back at him. Wasn't surprised at all to see him head out on his own -- I kind of agreed with him that if she had such hots for Bentley, that you might figure you and her would have nothing in common.
• Ryan -- ack. His big GRIN after her speech kind of made me puke and he was so very proprietary with her - -like - -"she's mine, guys!" - yuck.
• I wanted Ashley to knock off the crying. Made me nuts.

So that's my feelings -- I think it's going to be JP and I would be fine with that - the others? Not so much!!

Vomitrocious

OK, seriously, I just finished watching this week's {boring, lame, stupid and retarded} episode of the Bachelorette. Honestly, I agree 100% with what you guys have already said -- and my feeling is that I will never get that time back in my life that I wasted with this one. Ack!!!

• First -- the triumphant music that the editors jack in there every time there's something 'noble' or whatever. HATE.
• I think Ashley is bowlegged -- really. Is she a cowboy instead of a dentist?
• Ryan is a GEEK. "Don't you want to go on a date with me?" Uh, no. Even if I was single. NO.
• And she and Constantine doing the fake kissing {where kissing is 'forbidden'} - just plain dumb.
• I forget which guy it was but she was with one of them, said "Really?" and put on her best Bernie Bug Eye look. Not appealing.
• The boxing was awful. Just awful.
• And when Ryan said "I am fighting for Ashley" I wanted to puke but I knew it would upset Val so I didn't. {ha!}
• Per-FACT!! YUK.
• William is an utter, complete and total idiot. What a tool he is.
• And now we are looking forward to more - - - - - Bentley. Sigh. Yuk.

Next week will probably be more vomit-inducing than this week but I did read that Reality Steve said you don't see much of Barfy Bentley and I can only hope he is right.

PERFACT!!!! The Bachelorette Episode 5

Wow - I'm making my first blog post - and it's to mock dumb Bachelorette Ashley! Not the best episode I might add!

Totally with you on Ashley and her "dark place"! Suck it up - Bentley is a LOSER - move on!! And you're a loser for being so hung up on him. I hope his hair is looking good for his return next week......!

I'm also getting sick of hearing "this is getting serious" Really????!!!!

I almost laughed out loud at the mental kiss she and Ben decided to have outside the "cute" temple after their stroll in the "cute" marketplace! Man.....!

And if Ashley is responsible for deciding on their dates, what was she thinking having a bunch of dudes learn a form of kickboxing and then pound on each other for fun??? Poor Ames - he definitely came up short on that one. Glad he's okay - but he sure looked out of it at the cocktail party!

Really happy William is gone - he started off so great and turned into an idiot - although I did love the ending when they showed him trapped in a hotel room with Ben C. who was playing the same chords over and over again on the piano - William was ready to poke his eyes out! Ha!

"Love is a marathon, not a sprint" Yikes! Not even sure who to credit that to, but someone said it!

Not sure where Nick got the notion that him and Ashley were headed towards love (did I miss something?) The most we heard him speak was as he was leaving the show (bye bye - hated his soul patch!!)

I really hope things pick up next week - she's annoying!!! I think we're all on the same page as far as this goes!!

Bleehh

Ashley is probably the worst bachelorette ever! If I had a dime for everytime she says "my dark place" or "Bentley" I would be a rich woman. Besides the fact that she is still obsessed with someone who she knew for 2 weeks? and he didn't even like her- she is such a drag with the rest of the guys. I can't believe they even like her. She was super mopey during the cocktail party (as per usual) and she is hardly giving the other guys a chance. anyway enough with poopy ashley.


1. JP- What a guy- I love him. She doesn't deserve him unless she smartens up!
2. Ames- he's really growing on me. I felt so bad for him during the group date. Even after he came back the hospital you could tell he was just out of it- poor guy, he's such a funny looking gentleman.
3. William- SOOO happy he was gone. He was just weird and things with him were just getting awkward so its good he's gone.
5. Ben F- Sorry he got kicked off just because of stupid William. It made me even more mad that she kicked william off right after- I think Ben deserved a chance so explain himself. Another reason I find Ashley completely ridiculous.
Thats pretty much all I can remember from that silly episode. Im excited/dreading Bentley's arrival next week. From the previews I couldn't tell if he comes clean with her and tells her he doesn't like her at all. He better or the show is just going to get dumb. It did seem like the other guys were pretty ticked that Bentley is back- I hope they all leave the show so Ashley gets what she deserved.


Thats my opinion on the show- Can't wait to see what the rest of you thought!
